Systemic Constellations

"It didn't start with you - it's an inherited family trauma." This is the statement made by the German psychotherapist Bert Hellinger when he created the method of systemic arrangements. The origins of this therapy method are rooted in the foundations of psychotherapy, spiritual practice, and philosophy. Anton Hellinger (16.12.1925 - 19.09.2019), publicly known as Bert Hellinger, is associated with the therapeutic method "family constellations" and "systemic constellations". In the last years of his life, his work was focused on developing outside the formats of classical psychotherapy, which he began to call "Movements of the Spirit-Mind". Nowadays it is practiced by many therapists around the world.

Science studies intergenerational trauma and theorizes that trauma can be inherited because human DNA is capable of adapting to the natural and social environment and making DNA changes. The changes caused by the injury do not damage the gene genetically (don't change the DNA sequence), but epigenetically - they change how the gene works, and how your body reads the DNA sequence. Epigenetics is the study of the effects of environment and behavior on genes. For example, in 2008, researchers discovered a link between prenatal hunger and the offspring's risk of disease as adults. The offspring in the study had less DNA methylation of the IGF2 gene (a biological process that controls gene expression). (More on epigenetics read in this source.)

Systemic alignments are a method by which an individual, family, couple, team, group, or organization works with their energy-informative time to solve psychological, social, mental, or physical health problems. The arrangement takes about 45 min - 1.5 hours. Each arrangement is unique. More often, arrangements are made in group sessions, however, equally effective systemic work can also take place in individual sessions. In individual arrangements, where no group members are available as substitutes, their figures are displayed with objects in the room. Individual systemic alignments can also be done in the imagination using visualization and consciousness activation techniques.

Systemic arrangements allow restoration of the natural flow of love and energy in a person's internal and external systems - between family members, internal parts of one's personality, aspects of other times and lives

in social structures - companies and organizations, arrangements restore the flow of positive energy between the company and customers, management, and employees, offering products and services and demand, cash flow, expenses, and income.

Classic systemic arrangements are suitable for working with practically any problems, difficulties, and complex situations of human life:

  • Relationships: family, work, friends, partners, business, etc.;
  • Health: psychosomatics, chronic diseases, accidents;
  • Feelings, emotions, states: loneliness, fear, phobias, anxiety, guilt, depression, aggression, resentment, suicidal tendencies;
  • Situations: complex situations that repeat themselves, conflicts, feeling out of place, life impasse, life crises, addictions and codependencies, chronic failures, trauma, violence, lost children, unfinished relationships;
  • Structures: work, money, goals, meaning, decisions, resources, development.

About individual participation:

  • Duration of the individual session: 60 min.
  • Frequency: on request and it is recommended to take a break between sessions of 3 weeks.
  • Venue: individual sessions take place in person, in the premises of the arrangement manager.

About group work:

  • Duration: 120 min. - 180 min.
  • Number of participants in the group: 3 - 7 people
  • Frequency: 1 time in 3 weeks, on Wednesday or Thursday (those interested can vote for the day in the What's App group survey or apply individually). The lesson takes place in the evening, from pl. 17.00 - 21.00
  • Venue: group sessions take place in person, on the premises of the head of arrangements at Satekles Street 2c, Transpersonal Education Institute.

In group work, real people act as system elements, who move in the room, speak and feel real feelings, and experience real emotions. Groups can be made up of both strangers and familiar people. Questions discussed during the lesson are not taken out of the room. The number of participants can be different, from 3 to 10 people. The development and arrangement of one person's question in a group is called setting because people in the room are "set up" in certain places, corresponding to places in the energy-informational field of the questioner.

Maintaining this field at the constellation site is the responsibility of the process manager. After the end of the installation, the structure of the energy-informative field attached to it is released from the venue, and its participants are also released from the images they have imbibed.
